Kate Russell is the founder of Tools Down #notoolsallowed – a program to bring all the tradies together to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Kate has developed an understanding of the issues facing tradies in her role as a decision maker in child support disputes over the last 26 years. She knows only too well the ramifications that working long hours and being financially stressed has on relationships.
She is a trained conflict management coach (CINERGY ™) and mediator with over twenty-five years’ experience working with people dealing with conflict.
Kate has conducted numerous workplace mediations through her business Adelaide Conflict Management; working with organisations dealing with conflict and creating team building days to help teams work better together and to build a more productive work culture.
Kate is passionate about building up teams, ensuring everyone gets a voice and is noticed and that teams find time to socialise together to strengthen their relationships. She enjoys using her creative problem solving skills to determine the best way to help organisations and teams to be more productive, effective and reduce staff turnover.
Kate has a great sense of fun, is sensitive to needs of the group, likes to think outside the square and most importantly, is a great listener.
